Henrik Möller explains: "We still had about 25% cash payments, but these generated a lot of work and high costs. Every roll of change incurred additional expenses and bank fees for deposits." By fully transitioning to card payments and utilizing SIDES Pay, Möllers Köttbullar was able to effectively overcome these challenges.

Optimizing Delivery Business Through Delivery Portal Integration

To further optimize its delivery business, Möllers Köttbullar will integrate the Wolt interface into the SIDES POS system. This will allow incoming orders from the delivery portal to be transferred directly to the POS, eliminating the need to process them on a separate tablet. This saves time and reduces the error rate.
