Discover our teams

Tech & Product

From the initial idea and conceptualization to the release of a product or a new feature for the SIDES software – the product team works in close collaboration with customers to better understand and address their real needs.

Sales

The sales team is responsible for acquiring and advising new customers, working to get them excited about SIDES. This involves understanding their needs and offering them the right modules for their business.

Marketing & Design

The marketing and design team is responsible for the entire SIDES brand identity. We develop the design for all SIDES products and the website, and create social media, content, performance, and press campaigns.

Customer Success

The onboarding team supports new customers with the implementation of the SIDES software. Our support team is available during ongoing operations to provide assistance and help with any questions regarding our restaurant software.  

People & Culture

The People & Culture team is responsible for all personnel administration, develops professional development opportunities, and supports employee well-being through health initiatives.

Finance

The Finance team ensures SIDES' economic success through its accounting and controlling departments.
Analyzing business processes and adapting them to changing circumstances is part of the job.
